- Activity Check $ 275.00/4 Hours
The following standard items are included in the 4 Hour Activity
Check: four (4) hours per day on site time; mileage (up to 120 miles/this
refers to follow mileage); Florida Department of Law Enforcement
check (FDLE); Florida Workers’ Compensation check through the Department
of Financial Services; Florida Department of Motor Vehicles/Moving
Record Violation (MVR) check; a microfiche check through the Florida
Department of Motor Vehicles to identify current motor vehicles;
and a professional quality report including Summary, Detail of Investigation,
Hours of Investigation, Client Contact, and Recommendations. The
above listed Florida checks are conducted directly from the State
of Florida. In Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina
and South Carolina all database checks are conducted from primary
state sources as they are available. Additionally, a public database
search is conducted to identify additional addresses for the subject.
NOTE: Rural investigations in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky,
North and South Carolina generally have additional drive time and
mileage. Mileage to rural investigations in these areas will not
exceed 1.5 hours and 90 miles one way. This check includes a Neighborhood
Investigation to identify the activities and abilities of the subject.
- Background Investigation $ 250+
The following standard items are included in the Background Investigation:
a physical in-person courthouse search (one county); mileage (up
to 120 miles/this refers to follow mileage); Florida Department of
Law Enforcement check (FDLE); Florida Workers’ Compensation check
through the Department of Financial Services; Florida Department
of Motor Vehicles/Moving Record Violation (MVR) check; a microfiche
check through the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles to identify
current vehicles; and a professional quality report including Summary,
Detail of Investigation, Hours of Investigation, Client Contact,
and Recommendations. The above listed Florida checks are conducted
directly from the State of Florida. In Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi,
Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina all database checks are
conducted from primary state sources as they are available. Additionally
a public database search is conducted to identify additional addresses
for the subject. The courthouse search is limited to one county courthouse.
Records are manually searched in the circuit division (criminal felonies/civil
cases over $15,001), county division (criminal misdemeanors/civil
cases from $5,001-$15,000) and small claims court (civil cases up
to $5,000). Database information reveals the following: previous
addresses; additional social security numbers; aliases; vehicles;
property ownership; weapons permits; handicap permits; marriages;
boat registrations; corporate affiliations; Florida incarceration
records and more. NOTE: Background checks should not be limited to
database information only! Database information may contain incorrect
or inaccurate information. Physical in-person searches of civil court
files may reveal information vital to your case.
- Asset Investigation $ 450+
The following standard items are included in the Asset Investigation:
A database search which reveals the same information as the background
check and a visit to the subject’s residence to identify vehicles
which may be registered to businesses, to identify boats, jet ski’s,
etc. and to relay in general the condition of the subject’s lifestyle;
a professional quality report including Summary, Detail of Investigation,
Hours of Investigation, Client Contact, and Recommendations.
- Statements/Witness Locate $ 69.00/Hour
The following standard items are included in the Statements/Witness
Locate: a database search to reveal address information regarding
the subject; a recorded, un-sworn statement of the subject (in narrative
